SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I am a musician based in Homosassa, Florida and am currently active performing a one man show featuring live guitar and vocals over backing tracks. Originally a drummer, I cut my teeth like any insanely enthusiastic, young music nut playing with anyone, anywhere, any time I could; for free if necessary. I played a lot of backyard jams, campground jams, and private parties. The fact that I was only a teen at the time kept me out of the bars and clubs. This was a good education as I often was playing with musicians 3 and 4 times my age. I played mostly classic rock, folk, blues and old school country.

My early twenties were spent gigging in bars with cover bands locally and in various locals I had wandered to. We played the top 40 of the day (early 90′s) and a lot of classic/southern rock and some blues and country. I eventually formed/joined a couple of original bands and earned some experience in writing and arranging. 1998-2000 I  worked as a stage hand at concert and corporate gigs throughout central/south Florida. 2000-2003 I spent most of my energy absorbing information about digital recording and operated a ‘project studio’ out of my home. ’03 also provided a short stint with  local house-band ‘Emerald Gypsies’. My current gig presented itself in ’04 beginning as a duo and eventually evolving into a solo.

Like most independents, I am currently working on a self produced CD of my own material. I am not sure how its going to turn out but, it seems to be leaning towards a modern interpretation on old school R&B with funk sensibilities and a little bit of Reggae ‘skank’. I will have some stuff available for download as things progress.
